how it works
We provide you with a free no obligation estimate once we have received photos of your furniture, or respective project. The easiest way to do this is to send the pictures via email or to bring them in to our shop to show to one of our upholsterers.
Once you've received your quote, if you are happy to go ahead we will send out a sample pack to your address with per metre prices collated for the specific collections you have chosen. We'll then leave you to choose a fabric for as long as it takes- there really is no rush, and we advise taking your time to get a truly bespoke piece.
Once you've chosen your fabric we will then charge you a materials deposit and (if required) arrange the collection of your furniture by one of our team, or via courier if you are outside the North West of England. Our bespoke upholstery service is available UK wide, however some harder to reach areas may be excluded. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are unsure of whether or not we can reach you. For projects such as window seats or fitted furniture including booth seating etc, we will need to arrange a visit by a member of our team to make sure we have accurate measurements/templates for your desired project.
Once your furniture has been collected we will carry out the work, and notify you via email with a picture of the finished piece within 3-6 weeks (waiting times vary depending on the project) once complete. Once the remaining balance has been paid we'll organise the delivery of your project and provide you with after care instructions/ information of our servicing plan!
