how it works
We provide you with a free no obligation estimate once we have received photos of your furniture. The easiest way to do this is to send the pictures via email or through WhatsApp to our number at the bottom of the page. If you are happy to go ahead we will send out a sample pack to your address. We will leave you to choose a fabric for as long as it takes for you to decide- there really is no rush, and we advise taking your time to get a truly bespoke piece.
Once you've chosen your fabric we will then charge you a materials deposit and arrange the collection of your furniture by one of our team, or via courier if you are outside the North West of England. Our bespoke upholstery service is available UK wide, however some harder to reach areas may be excluded. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are unsure of whether or not we can reach you.
Once your furniture has been collected we will carry out the work and return your piece to you within 3-6 weeks time depending on our waiting list.
